How it works
Structured bodyweight, band, or light weights. Preserves muscle mass, grip strength, gait speed — the true measures of ECOG PS.
THE intervention for ECOG PS preservation. Timing: Days 4–7 (early recovery) and D22–28 (late recovery) are optimal. Avoid nadir (D16–21).
