Bridge

Bridge strategy to daraxonrasib — preserve function while the window opens.

What is ECOG?
Performance Status

ECOG is a 0–4 scale that describes how much a person's daily activities are affected by their illness. Daraxonrasib requires ECOG 0 or 1 — meaning you are largely independent and mobile. Preserving this is the goal of the bridge strategy.

0
Fully active
You can carry out all normal activity without restriction.
1
Restricted but ambulatory
You have some restriction in physical activity but can walk and carry out light work. You can care for yourself.
2
Ambulatory, self-care only
You can walk and care for yourself but can't do work. Up and about more than 50% of waking hours.
3–4
Limited self-care
Limited ability to care for yourself. Confined to bed or chair more than 50% of waking hours.
Preserve ECOG status

Daraxonrasib requires ECOG 0–1 for trial eligibility. Every point of functional decline narrows the window. This platform watches axis 3 — treatment-driven toxicity — which standard oncology often misses until it's too late to reverse.

Track the three axes

ECOG is shaped by tumour burden (axis 1), cancer-driven symptoms (axis 2), and treatment toxicity (axis 3). Scans cover axis 1. This platform fills the axis 3 gap: neuropathy, sarcopenia, fatigue trends, and functional tests like grip and gait speed.

The window

RASolute 302 enrollment closes June 2026. FDA accelerated approval may open expanded access earlier. The goal of first-line GnP is not maximum response — it is arriving at the second-line window with enough functional reserve to enter it.
